“When a retailer recommends toys to children. what we saw in the past is that they were tending to recommend pink toys to girls and blue toys to boys. But are we thinking about the wider implications of recommendations like this? Yes, you’ve got a responsibility to your stakeholders to make money. But at the same time, we all have a responsibility to society to try and do things in the best way we can and make things ethical and fair.”
